Makers are a breed of people who see the possible and then make it happen. It’s good for self esteem, it’s good for education, and it’s good for economic development. We want to bring as many San Diego makers as we can into the big tent of Maker Faire to celebrate the many flavors of making.
Cleantech San Diego & Balboa Park Cultural Partnership:
Clean technology innovations will drive San Diego’s energy future and similarly, sustainability initiatives are crucial to Balboa Park’s next 100 years. As such, some of San Diego’s leading sustainability and cleantech organizations are teaming up to launch the Sustainability Zone within the San Diego Maker Faire at Balboa Park.
