For the 8th year, TEDxSanDiego will present the foremost thought leaders, visionaries and performers to cultivate inspiration & innovation. Challenge your notion(s) of the world, yourself, and our shared future with a dozen provoking talks by experts in augmented reality, alternative education, sustainable architecture and more, plus three beautiful performances.

This year’s theme, Created Future(s), explores the potential power of our individual efforts, as well as our collective ability to create a more enlightened future. How will technology change our lives? Can alternative education methods alter the next generation? Will our cities remain both livable and sustainable? Will the effects of climate change worsen? Can we overcome race, gender, ethnicity, religion to create greater harmony?

In addition to the speakers and performers on stage inside Copley Symphony Hall,  B Street in front of Symphony Towers will be blocked off to create Innovation Alley, where 20 of San Diego’s most innovative companies will be featured, including San Diego Regional Energy Innovation Network companies Chilldyne, Iteros, and Nuvve.
