TSX Presents: Virtual US – Cleantech Deal Day

US-based companies interested in accessing public venture capital through Toronto Stock Exchange and TSX Venture Exchange are invited to apply to the Virtual TSX US – Cleantech Deal Day. Ideal candidates will have some early revenues (or positive traction) and are looking to raise a Series A financing or beyond. All applications will be reviewed and considered.
Selected companies will present to Canadian investment bankers and Capital Pool Company (CPC) founders looking for a private company to take public. Each company will present for 10 minutes and be connected to interested capital providers following the Deal Day.
