UC San Diego – Kyoto University Joint Symposium

UC San Diego and Kyoto University will jointly host a symposium on UCSD’s La Jolla campus March 14-15, 2016.
The program will consist of a plenary session during the first day followed on the second day by three breakout sessions. These breakout sessions will focus on Regenerative Medicine & Biology; Cancer & Drug Development, and Advanced Energy Research.
A highlight of the meeting will be keynote presentations by Roger Y. Tsien, 2008 Nobel Laureate in Chemistry and Shinya Yamanaka, 2012 Nobel Laureate in Physiology or Medicine.
