Cleantech San Diego is a supporting partner of the 8th Annual Climate & Energy Law Symposium, with the theme “The Changing Landscape of Energy and Climate Policy in the West.”
The symposium is co-hosted by the Energy Policy Initiatives Center (EPIC) and the San Diego Journal of Climate & Energy Law (JCEL).
Academic and policy experts will discuss how recent developments at the federal and state levels are changing the energy and climate policy landscape in the Western U.S., including the expansion of the California Independent System and the Supreme Court’s decision to stay the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency’s (US EPA) Clean Power Plan (CPP).
