Scott Peters Op-Ed Asserts Building Extreme Weather Resiliency is Good for Business

As the Climate Task Force Chair of the Sustainable Energy and Environment Coalition, Congressman Scott Peters has focused on making the business argument to acting on climate change. In a Mar. 24 Roll Call Op-Ed, Congressman Peters joins Dal LaMagna, CEO and CFO of IceStone USA, a manufacturer of countertops, and founder of Tweezerman, a personal care-products company, in support of the STRONG Act (H.R. 2322), which would guide the federal government to coordinating and strengthening resiliency efforts and give state and local actors the tools they need to make their communities more resilient. Read the Op-Ed
